Yoga

In 2005, my life came full circle.

After fifteen years working in various administrative and corporate fields in Geneva, and a couple of years traveling, I felt the need for a change of air, to find deeper meaning in what I do. I was 36 years old and I found myself at a crossroads — professionally, relationally, and personally.

It's in Spain, far from my homeland that something pushed me to begin again, from the ground up.

My journey started with the encounter with Jo Kemp, who will become my teacher and mentor, in an open-door yoga class — an experience that felt truly and deeply nourishing.

I felt in love.

From there, I embarked on a transformative yoga training, the Dynamic Yoga Method with Godfrey Devereux, later deepened my path through foot reflexology, and gradually opened into somatic movement, meditation and the mindfulness-based stress reduction program, and, more recently, creative journaling,

and...

dedicate myself fully to the practice and teaching of yoga.

Today, I stand as a more embodied and creative woman — and as a mother. My path is one of growth, evolution, and transformation, guided by the call to live with what truly feels and resonates within.

Dance

I grew up dancing, loving movement and letting it be the language of my childhood. I began classical dance at the age of 5 years old.

From my teenage years into adulthood, I have moved through the languages of many dances, exploring diverse styles such as jazz, tap, afro-jazz and contemporary dance, among others.

Where yoga meets dance

This journey has now shaped more than fifteen years of teaching yoga, where body, mind, and human connection weave together.

In 2024, returning to classical dance, I find how my yoga practice awakens a deeper inner listening, refines bodily perception, and nourishes the movement of my dance.

From this re-encounter arose the desire to share this dialogue and the love between dance and yoga.

My teaching unfolds with loving-kindness, care, creativity and intuition.

The practice honors the expression of our essential nature through sensitivity, honesty, openness, intimacy and generosity, while respecting the unique rhythm of each one.
