People often ask me what I do. In fact, I help people feel better!
Find the resources in them to move forward in life through their bodies and ideas.
Because each person is different, with unique personal dynamics and issues, the process is also unique for each person. But the techniques I use are mindfulness, movement, listening and creative diary.
For the past 20 years, I have been sharing my time between yoga practice, meditation, somatic awareness, writing and dancing, group classes, private consultations and motherhood.
I have accompanied many people of all ages to come feel and explore their body, mind and consciousness through yoga postures, movement, breathing and sitting in stillness. In recent years, I have accompanied several elderly people on their advanced life path.
I speak fluently French, Spanish and English.
